About me: You must have read in books or even heard in movies how an individual from a scratch became something that he/she could have never imagined to accomplish in real life. Well to be honest, I lived in the same world and now I am a Professional Hockey and Fitness  Coach.
My passion from day one was sports, especially hockey in which I excelled and represented the Pakistan Hockey Team after immense practice and training from my school days, I represent Pak Juniors and seniors in all FIH events and got a few medals in my pocket specially Silver of Commonwealth games 2006 and Gold of Robobank trophy 2005 and many more, my memorable moment is when I declared a Player of the tournament of Jr Asia Cup 2004.

After 2006 World Cup, I decided to play professional hockey in abroad and discover my abilities in the new environment, this was the point where my playing experience landed me in the UK, where I could reinvest my passion in hockey to teach what I have learned and pass my talent to the younger generation and decided to become a Professional Coach, I was lucky England Hockey Board finance on my coaching education and I started my coaching practice in different schools and clubs.

In 2009 I decided to become a sports fitness professional and select two interesting sections S&C and sports nutrition, this year was the best year of my life where I discover so many things which I never heard in my professional playing career, and it makes me more interested to take this field seriously, in 2012 I start working as a fitness professional, I served Egyption Hockey Federation, Pakistan Hockey Federation and Azerbaijan Hockey Federation.

Currently I am engaged as a Skill specialist in Ipswich School, Head Coach in Sudbury Hockey Club, Head of Juniors in Bishop Stortford Hockey Club and running my 1-2-1 Hockey and Strength and conditioning Coaching business and also I involved in FIH coaching academy to get more knowledge and get better.

In my life and as a message I would reiterate that dreams do come true, and in the end the hard work always pay off.
